From Grain to Bread

Redesign of Bakery & Tearoom,
refreshing the branding,
plasselb | Switzerland

We began with a traditional, passionate baker in the Seisler Oberland embarking on his new vision. A historic bakery with a village shop is to be transformed into a stage for showcasing his craftmanship – a place in the village of Plasselb for connection and enjoyment.

At the heart of the concept are Daniel Rappo's personal values: traditional, natural, social, minimalist, and above all his admirable respect and fascination for his raw product, the grain, which sets the tone for the ambiance.
